I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was immaculately clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, on a raised area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still near the BTS station. I also loved the attention to detail, with all the basic amenities provided and a good bathroom with all the necessary amenities.
No complaints, everything was just perfect!

The location is very good, very close to boat local line that will take you very close to the main city attractions and to the sky train station. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, it was a real pleasure to communicate with them, especially the nice lady who worked in the morning ( I'm so sorry I don't know her name) was great. The rates of the hotel are fair. Rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is OK as well. I had really positive feeling of staying in this hotel.

The hotel is a real gem and can recommend it to anyone. The staff were extremely friendly, the rooms modern, clean and quiet with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. I loved the roof top garden too for a place to relax. Everything in the room was new and the build quality excellent. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed !
Location is a bit far to the nearest BTS train station, but manageable.

Just one small issue, but all was fine.

The hotel was beautiful and clean; our room was very pleasant to stay in.
The hotel turned-out to be quite difficult for taxis to locate; perhaps a somehow better map print-out could be provided to those who stay (I thought the one-pager map we were given looked great; however perhaps it could be improved from the perspective of a taxi driver?)

This is a new hotel. The room we stayed was not big, but perfectly clean. The bed is the most comfy one i've had in Thailand. It was not as hard as the others I stayed before. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, especially the space between the toilet and the wall. The shower was awesome though. They have the same kind of shower as what I had in international five stars hotel before. The breakfast was decent. The staff are extremly friendly and helpful.
There are not much choice of eating around the hotel. However, it's convenien to get to the central shopping area. Just take a 5 mins water taxi ride and eat in Central World.

It was a perfect stay just a bit out of the way of the main sites. Great bed and English tv!!
Location was a bit out of the way but a 45 minute cab drive (we were stuck in traffic) was $4

Helpfull staff guiding us to get to the locations in the city we were going to. E.g going to Tempeles and reclining Buddha, instead of taking the skytrain they proposed to take canal boat which departed 50m away from the main entrance. That was really nice experience!
Rooms were small and no bell boy to help carrying luggage. English knowledge not good on all front desk personnel.
